Sure, we all have them… Those bands, groups or solo acts we just CAN’T STAND. You hear them on the radio, being sung by the person behind you in a grocery line, maybe even on your best friend’s MP3 player. Who’s the act you just can’t stand? That receive WAY to much publicity, given their actual talent? Go ahead, let us know.

I think that by far the most overrated band in rock history was The Doors. Jim Morrison’s voice was droning and monotonous with drug addled nonsense for lyrics. The musicians weren’t that good either, especially the keyboard player. He sounded like my grandmother playing a funeral dirge. I honestly think the only reason they are so fondly remembered by some is the early “rock star” death of Morrison. If he were still alive they’d be playing the casino circuit now!
